The Role:

We're on the hunt for a reliable and quick-learning Automotive Yardhand to join our dynamic Operations team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cars, this is the perfect pit stop for you! You'll be ensuring top-notch accuracy, care, and quality service for our customers while diving into various logistics tasks. No experience? No problem! We provide training from day one with a supportive team. Get ready to shift your career into high gear with us!

Responsibilities:

• Detailing vehicles to the customer standards to prepare for auctions
• Removal of decal from customer's vehicles to prepare for auctions
• Assist with the preparation of auctions i.e. lotting of vehicles, and auction pad set up
• Ensure that vehicles are processed in line with pre-defined customer standards and customer-specified timeframes
• Record and book in all assets using a hand-held company supplied IT System
• From time to time assist other team members in our passenger/light vehicle and salvage division

Skills & Experiences:

• Genuine interest and passion in the Automotive industry
• Willingness to undergo background checks and a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol tests)
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
