We're looking for a capable and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Yanchep Inn.

We're based inside Yanchep National Park, cooking for a mix of locals, tourists, and function guests — including weddings, birthdays, and large group events. It's a busy venue with plenty of moving parts, so we're after someone confident on the tools and calm under pressure.

Our main menu is classic Aussie pub fare — nothing fancy, but done properly — supported by rotating specials and consistent function work. For weddings and events, we step things up with refined, plated menus. With around 70-90 weddings a year, there's plenty of variety beyond short-order pub service.

This role would suit an experienced CDP looking for a stable, long-term position, or a strong Demi Chef who's ready to take the next step. Pay will depend on your experience and what you bring to the table.

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience is required for this Chef de Partie position.

We're a family-run venue, not a corporate kitchen. You'll be working with a hands-on management team and our new Head Chef, Django, who's building a consistent, supportive, and professional kitchen culture. If you're reliable, easy to get along with, and take pride in your work, you'll fit in well.

Full working rights in Australia

Function and wedding catering experience is preferred but not essential
