With a strong commitment to operational excellence and community impact, they are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to help drive meaningful change.

Your new role

You'll lead business analysis and project coordination activities across finance-related system enhancements, with a particular focus on Oracle ERP. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you'll help shape solutions that improve processes, enhance system functionality, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading business analysis activities across ERP system enhancements
• Engaging stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Mapping and improving finance-related business processes
• Supporting project delivery through planning, coordination, and reporting
• Collaborating with IT and finance teams to ensure successful implementation

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of the finance domain
• Proven experience with large ERP systems - ideally Oracle
• Ability to lead business analysis and contribute to project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

What you'll get in return
