Join a leading organisation embarking on a transformative Rostering & Scheduling (R&S) project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that will redefine workforce planning and operational efficiency.

Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining the business integration requirements for a new SaaS-based R&S solution. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Technology, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between the new R&S system, Ascender Payroll, and Ascender master data.
In parallel, you'll collaborate with Change Consultants to design new business processes that support the implementation of rostering, scheduling, and timesheeting capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR systems implementation projects
• Strong business process design skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to consult with SMEs across HR, Payroll, Technology, and Architecture
• Experience defining integration requirements between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Ascender or similar payroll/master data systems is highly desirable.
