Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the TechnologyOne ERP solution. You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, procurement, HR, and IT to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure the solution aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to elicit and document business requirements
• Analyse and map current and future state processes
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure solution fits
• Support testing, training, and change management activities
• Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or enterprise system projects
• Strong understanding of TechnologyOne (Finance, Supply Chain, or HR modules preferred)
• Experience working within or alongside local government or public sector
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
