To be successful you must have the following:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Strong background in managing commercial, industrial, multi residential, education, health, aged care or child care projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and site safety practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Carpentry background and qualification highly regarded.
