About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification (current and unrestricted)
• 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical or Care Manager in a large aged care environment
• Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Strong leadership and experience in staff supervision and development
• Knowledge of funding, accreditation, and care planning processes
• Empathy and communication skills that make a real difference
• Great time management and problem-solving ability
• Confident using clinical systems and digital tools
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for NDIS-funded homes)
