We are proud to be working with a team who are looking for someone to take ownership of complex IT issues, mentoring junior staff, and improving client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents across servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud systems.
• Lead root cause analysis, documentation, and long-term solutions.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, virtualisation platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Manage small to medium projects like server builds, migrations, M365 deployments, and network refreshes.
• Tune monitoring, automation, and RMM alerts for efficiency.
• Provide remote and onsite support, including occasional after-hours maintenance.

Skills & Experience

• MSP experience
• End to end experience with Windows Servers
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing/switching.
• Hands-on with Ubiquiti UniFi, VMware/Hyper-V, IT security tools.
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills and NSW driver’s licence.
