The Role We’re seeking an ambitious Site Engineer or Project Engineer with experience on multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure works, particularly in pipelines, concrete, and earthworks.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a major water infrastructure project, supported by a highly experienced project team.

This is your opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills, work alongside some of the best Engineers and Project Managers in the industry, and secure long-term, permanent work on a rewarding FIFO or DIDO roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects over $10M
• Oversee planning, programming, and reporting to ensure project targets are met
• Maintain strict OH&S, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently
• Support the Project Manager in achieving key milestones and cost targets

Skills & Experience

• Experience in civil water, concrete, or earthworks projects
• Exposure to projects valued $5M+
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Background with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractor
• Proven commitment to safety and quality across previous projects
