We’re now seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our Melbourne office full-time, taking ownership of our reporting, reconciliations, and financial operations as we continue to scale nationally.

The Role

This is a hands-on position ideal for an ex-accountant or experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day finance operations and month-end reporting

Overseeing bank, payroll, and account reconciliations

Assisting with P&L preparation and financial performance tracking

Handling accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and efficiency

Preparing BAS and supporting compliance with external accountants

Working closely with leadership and operations teams across all states

Continuously improving internal financial systems and reporting processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Based in Melbourne and available for full-time, in-office work

An ex-accountant or experienced finance professional with strong technical knowledge

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident with numbers

Skilled in Xero (or similar platforms) and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

A clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across departments

Motivated by structure, accountability, and growth
