Accounting and Treasury Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting and Treasury Manager to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a small accounts team, this role is responsible for managing financial records, cash flow forecasting, compliance, and reporting across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CA ANZ or CPA membership, and 5–10 years' relevant experience, including tax compliance and intercompany processes. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with a commitment to fostering a positive, people-first culture. Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly regarded.

CA ANZ or CPA membership must be held at the time of application.

Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a Management Accountant, this role is responsible for preparing management accounts, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be CPA qualified, hold a diploma in business or finance, and have over five years' experience in budgeting and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite are highly regarded. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to fostering a positive, people-first culture.
