We are seeking someone who is comfortable in a busy environment with strong organisational and communication skills. Experience with Genie would be preferred. We would initially be offering 3 days per week with the possibility of a fourth day next year. Remuneration would be $36/hr.

Duties would include:

Greeting patients on arrival

Assisting patients upon departure

Answering phone calls

Responding to emails

Filing

Sending of correspondence

Actioning new referrals

The clinic hours are from 8:00am until 4:30pm Monday - Friday, so no late nights or weekends. We also have a Christmas closure over the Christmas/ New Year period. We are a non-surgical specialist practice which means no surgery bookings, paperwork or liaising with health funds would be required for this role.

ArthritisCARE is a well-established practice with 8 rheumatologists and a current administration team of 6. We are located at Dutton Park just a short walk from the Dutton Park train station. We keep a fully stocked kitchen onsite, and staff are welcome to utilise this for lunches.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6-12 months of administration experience. Healthcare or medical administration experience is required for this position. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
