Are you ready to take the next step in your legal support career? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join a busy Personal Injury team in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast.

This full-time role offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll provide high-quality support to ensure the smooth running of matters from start to finish.

The Opportunity

Your day-to-day will include:

• Opening new matters and managing case files
• Preparing, drafting and proofreading court documents and correspondence
• Preparing and managing briefs to counsel (including electronically)
• Scheduling, file management and legal research
• Liaising with clients, doctors and other professionals
• Preparing chronologies, statements and summaries
• Typing correspondence and general administrative support

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional support. You’ll also have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Legal Secretary or Paralegal
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced level)
• Typing speed of 65+ words per minute
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Experience with iManage or Aderant Express will be highly regarded, but not essential.
