My client is a well-established leader within the Australian construction and industrial sector, known for delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to major infrastructure and commercial projects across the country. With a strong national presence and a reputation built on integrity, reliability, and technical expertise, the business partners with Tier 1 builders, engineers, and contractors to bring large-scale developments to life.

The organisation continues to experience strong growth and is now seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead their NSW team and drive performance across a diverse and fast-paced market.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the NSW Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the company’s sales strategy and the ongoing development of the regional sales team.

Based in Western Sydney and working closely with teams across the Sydney CBD and regional NSW, this role is pivotal in maintaining the organisation’s strong market position while driving further expansion into new and existing markets.

This is a high-profile role requiring an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the construction or industrial materials sector, particularly in managing complex, high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and strengthen multi-tiered relationships with key customers, partners, and industry bodies

Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships

Develop and negotiate bids, tenders, and proposals to build a robust pipeline of future projects

Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure consistent performance delivery

Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and project delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Salary and Benefits

Base $160k-$200k | 12% Super | Company Car | Incentive Structure
