About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage the full accounting function across multiple entities and client portfolios, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role offers a mix of financial and management accounting, with strong exposure to business partnering and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse monthly P&L and balance sheet reports across multiple business units or clients.

Deliver accurate management reports, commentary, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Prepare BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and other statutory lodgements.

Maintain reconciliations and ensure integrity of general ledger data.

Partner with operational teams and clients to improve financial visibility and business performance.

Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance operations.

About You

Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

Ideally CA/ACCA/CPA qualified (or working towards).

Experience managing multiple P&Ls or working across multi-entity environments.

Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency with accounting systems and strong Excel.

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and non-finance stakeholders.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
