The Role
The successful candidate will assist with our clients' day-to-day customer service needs. The primary responsibilities include:

Answering and responding effectively to incoming enquiries (primarily via email).

Providing logistics and customer service support to our clients.

Monitoring and assisting in the coordination of interstate transport.

Interacting with transport suppliers daily.

Performing various other activities as outlined in a detailed position description.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Full Time - 40hrs per week.

Remuneration: Attractive salary of $62k - $70k + Super, in line with experience. Yearly remuneration reviews.
