Office Manager
Kalangadoo Part-time 25–30 hours per week
Latitude Recruitment is pleased to be working with a Kalangadoo-based client to recruit an experienced and proactive Office Manager.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day financial and administrative functions in a flexible and supportive environment.
Once you’re comfortable in the role, there’s potential to work from home 1–2 days a week or afternoons.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all office and financial operations, including but not limited to:
• BAS preparation and lodgement
• Payroll processing and compliance
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Superannuation and WorkCover administration
• General bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Supporting management with new projects and business improvement initiatives
About You
• Experience in office management, bookkeeping, or small-business finance
• Sound knowledge of BAS, payroll, and accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Confident with accounting software (Xero or MYOB preferred)
