With an exciting future ahead — including continued improvements to facilities and member experience — we are seeking a dynamic and personable Membership Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Membership Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to current and prospective members. This role is integral to managing the full membership lifecycle — from enquiries and applications through to inductions, retention, and member engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing membership enquiries, applications, and waitlists

Coordinating new member inductions and orientation events

Maintaining accurate membership records and reporting

Developing and implementing strategies for member retention and engagement

Liaising with the CEO and Board on membership statistics and trends

Assisting with communications and member events as required

About You
You will be an engaging and organised professional who thrives in a member-focused environment. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with members, prospective members, and colleagues alike.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Excellent communication and administrative skills

Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information

A proactive and service-oriented approach

Experience in membership, hospitality, or customer relationship management (preferred)

Familiarity with club operations or the golf industry (advantageous)

Position Details

Permanent Part-Time: Approx. 3–4 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)

Location: Killara, NSW (hybrid role with a day a week from home available)

Attractive remuneration commensurate with experience
