The Role

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated person for our Castle Hill plant. You will ideally have experience in the chemical industry, with good communication skills and safe work practices.

Dayshift role Monday to Friday, with some limited overtime available.

This is a hands-on role, including chemical bulk blending and various tasks related to the production process:

General production filling, labelling, and packing duties.

Machine operation including basic to advanced machine set up tasks.

Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and work area.

Ensure production of finished goods meets quality standards

Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues by adhering to and enforcing onsite health and safety policies.

Maintain accurate production records

What we need from you:

Must have work rights in Australia

Punctual and reliable

A team player and can work independently

Possess good numeric and English literacy skills

Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.

Skills/Knowledge required:

Experience in chemical blending and manufacturing preferable.

Current forklift licence.
