About the role

This full-time Packer & Product Assembler role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Weldbeat, a manufacturer in Alexandria, NSW. As a Packer & Product Assembler, you will play a vital role in the final stages of the production process, ensuring our quality products are securely and efficiently packaged for delivery.

What you'll be doing

Carefully assemble and package finished products according to company standards

Operate packing machinery and equipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support a safe and productive workflow

Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhere to all health, safety and quality control procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a production, assembly or packing role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Comfortable operating machinery and equipment in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to quality control

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
