About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Production Team Member – Machine Operator to join our workshop. No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, keen to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating machines to cut and process raw steel

Assisting with basic welding and pre-welding preparation

Using tools like presses, drill presses, and robotic welders

Helping unload steel deliveries and maintain workshop equipment

Keeping your workspace clean and safe

What You’ll Need

A good attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Interest in hands-on work and manufacturing

Forklift license is a bonus (or willingness to get one)

No prior experience required — we’ll train you!
