What We Offer

Stable Permanent Part-time Employment

This is a stable permanent part-time role which includes all superannuation, holiday leave, carers and sick leave benefits. NO need to provide your own ABN or insurances, as you will be a fully covered employee, NOT a contractor. This position would be ideal for second income earners, parents and students.

Guaranteed Work and Flexible Hours

You can expect 3 - 5 days per week, with consistent weekly schedules. Many shifts are between school hours.

All Equipment Provided

We supply everything you need. All cleaning products, tools, equipment and uniforms provided.

Above Award Wages and Performance Bonuses

Above Award pay, with the potential for regular increases and weekly performance bonuses based on quality and efficiency.

Paid Travel Time and Mileage

We pay you for the time it takes to travel between homes and compensate for kilometres travelled as per the Cleaning Services Award.

Comprehensive Training and Support

We provide a professional training program – we will teach you "The Plume Way," our proven system that ensures every client receives a consistent, high-quality clean. You'll build confidence quickly, with clear standards, practical guidance, and ongoing feedback that set you up for success.

About the Role

You'll provide professional cleaning services in private homes and small commercial spaces (such as offices and gyms) throughout the Central Coast.

Our cleaners work independently, following 'The Plume Way' with clear, structured processes that make the job straightforward and rewarding.

Even though you'll work by yourself in homes, you'll always be part of a supportive team that's only a call away. We check in daily with all staff and conduct regular on-site team meetings to promote a supportive, caring culture.

Requirements

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Availability Monday to Friday, including during school holidays.

No cleaning experience required – we'll provide full training for people with the right attitude!
