Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee project, property, and fund accounting, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with industry standards, and providing financial insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across large-scale property development projects.
• Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, and GST submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external Fund Administrators to maintain strong financial oversight.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor project CapEx.
• Provide timely financial insights and reporting to senior leaders and project teams.
• Contribute to the financial management of a landmark Build-to-Rent (BTR) development and drive process improvements across systems and controls.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/CPA qualified or working towards).
• Experience in Project, Property, or Fund Accounting.
• Build-to-Rent experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Skilled in Xero and property management systems.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical mindset.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven.
