Exciting opportunity to join the Program Performance and Compliance team within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport
Clerk Grade 9/10 role with a salary range of $129,464 - $142,665 per annum plus superannuation
12-month temporary opportunity based in Orange or Sydney NSW with flexible working arrangements within business operational needs available
About the role
The role coordinates the development and delivery of advice, capability building, and resources to manage the collection and reporting of performance information to aid program managers and the Department to meet external non-financial performance obligations, including reporting to Treasury.
This includes developing and implementing program design, monitoring and reporting activities. It involves coordination and stakeholder engagement, and interpreting and applying NSW Government legislation, policy and guidance.

About You
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Experience navigating government processes and the ability to achieve outcomes in complex, politically and commercially sensitive environment.
Experience in relevant program support areas, which may include program design, performance and evaluation, and corporate reporting.
Experience managing complex projects and working with stakeholders to achieve mutual outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally, to a diverse range of stakeholders.
