About the role

Kadota' is seeking experienced senior kitchen staff and eager apprentices to join our team at our acclaimed restaurant in Daylesford, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for helping to deliver our unique, locally-sourced menu to our discerning diners.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff and apprentices

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our menu and kitchen operations

What we're looking for

Experience working in a high-quality restaurant kitchen

A passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety
