As a senior Chef de Partie you will assist in delivering exceptional dining experiences that complements our vibrant atmosphere and commitment to quality. Responsibilities:

To participate in the day-to-day production of food and assist with the efficient, cost effective and smooth running of the kitchen in a high volume environment.

Assist in menu creation and innovation to develop seasonal menus using fresh ingredients, specials, and promotional events that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences

Monitoring food production and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Adhering to food production and presentation standards, service procedures and service times.

Ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation are adhered to.

Responding to and treating colleagues with professional respect and courtesy.

Adhering to occupational health and safety guidelines, as outlined in the induction manual and other policies.

Requirements:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent

2 - 3 years experience in a similar high-volume, quality-driven environment

Experience in Aussie pub cuisine is a must

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with a commitment to upholding best practices

Creative flair and the ability to develop and execute menu concepts that resonate with our target audience

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
