Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment process with some of our larger national and local clients.

In this Mass/Volume Recruitment Consultant role, you will:

• Manage mainly high volume client accounts - Work with national clients who require large numbers of candidates at speed, ensuring quality placements every time.
• Run recruitment projects - Source, screen, onboard, and manage pools of candidates ready for deployment.
• Own the end-to-end process - From job brief to placement, compliance to post-placement follow-up.
• Grow & retain client relationships - Deliver service excellence that keeps clients coming back.

Your Profile

• Proven fast paced recruitment experience - You know the pace, the challenges, and how to deliver for multiple clients at once.
• Volume recruitment expertise - Skilled at filling bulk orders, managing talent pools, and deploying candidates quickly.
• Compliance experience - Strong attention to detail and understanding of the importance of following specific processes and strict compliance guidelines.
• Resilient & driven - Thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
