About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at iHair and beauty PTY LTD' in Helensvale, QLD. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients, showcasing your expertise in the latest hair trends and techniques. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

Staying up-to-date with the latest hairstyling trends and techniques

Offering personalised hair consultations and recommendations to clients

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon by delivering exceptional customer service

Mentoring and training junior stylists, sharing your knowledge and expertise

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified Hair Stylist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair, using the latest techniques and products

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalised and professional service

A passion for the hair and beauty industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Certification or diploma in hairdressing or a related field
