Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, 30 to 38 hours per week.

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate Senior Stylist to become the newest member of our friendly and supportive team. You'll work alongside highly experienced managers in a salon experiencing continuous client growth. If you thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and appreciate great commission, a fantastic location, and plenty of parking, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services: Deliver outstanding hairdressing experiences that ensure client satisfaction and fosters repeat visits.

Client Engagement: Quickly build client trust and develop genuine relationships with people who value your craft.

Performance: Keep on time, learn about how to effectively cross-sell and most of all, have fun with the people around you!

Creativity: Help others in the salon create fantastic social media content by engaging in our salon culture and having fun. Don't worry - we have an in-house Social Media manager to turn your raw footage into works of art!

You Are:

Experienced Stylist: You are able to hit the ground running on day 1. You understand your craft and want to put your skills to the test.

Qualified Professional: Certificate III in Hairdressing is required for this position.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional hairdressing experience is required.

Technical Skills: Experience in cutting, colouring, styling, and chemical treatments is essential.

Skilled Communicator: You know how to speak to staff, clients and management. You are able to adapt your communication style to various different types of situations.

Ambitious: You are motivated to expand your skills and grow within a company that's on the move.
