Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient and quality service is provided to achieve customer satisfaction and build a strong client base.

Must have a good experience in hair cuts

hair colouring

foils

permanent hair straightening

Must be able to work independently.

Manage and monitor all areas of salon operations in accordance to operating procedures and policies and review the procedures from time to time.

Recommend/suggest product purchases to customers to maximize product sales.

Supervise, manage, train and evaluate staff.

Experience required:

Previous salon management experience essential

Outstanding customer service skills

Team management skills

Qualifications desirable
