About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced hairdresser to join our relaxed luxury salon team. As a luxury hairdresser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to our clients, while ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our salon is a busy and high-end boutique salon that caters to a sophisticated clientele. We love a good laugh with our clients and provide a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality hair services to clients, including haircuts, styling, foiling techniques, coloring, and other treatments.

• Candidates must demonstrate expertise in all foiling techniques to meet our luxury salon standards.

• Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences

• Offer recommendations for hair care and styling products

• Attend ongoing education and training sessions to further develop your skills

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Cert 3 in Hairdressing or an Overseas equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience as a Senior Stylist

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Stylist is required for this position.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong knowledge of hair care products and styling techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Strong colour theory knowledge

• Willingness to attend ongoing education and training sessions

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
