About the Role

As Client Services Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the business—leading an offshore support team, mentoring staff, improving systems, and ensuring every client interaction is seamless and professional. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance leadership, compliance oversight, and workflow management, while playing a central part in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and empower the offshore client services team

Manage end-to-end implementation of complex advice cases

Oversee the preparation of SOAs and key client documents

Ensure client queries are handled promptly and thoughtfully

Maintain compliance with licensee and regulatory requirements

Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements

Run weekly team meetings and monthly training sessions

Provide operational support to Directors and collaborate across teams

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in client services within financial planning

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
