Come and join us at PMB Mechanical as full-time Mechanic working in the heart of Port Macquarie. Your position requires vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair to a wide range of makes and models along with diagnosing and trouble shooting.

What you'll be doing

Performing quality mechanical servicing, maintenance and repairs of vehicles in a timely manner

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

General repair and maintenance of vehicles

Providing outline of repairs and documenting parts used

Providing excellent customer service and honest advice

Keeping your workspace and the workshop in a clean, safe, organized and professional condition.

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics

Ideally 3 years plus experience as a qualified Mechanic

Solid technical and diagnostic problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

Current manual driver's licence

AIS vehicle examiner preferred but not essential
