We are looking for a self motivated office all-rounder to join our team. Experience in the role is preferred but not necessary. Your qualifications don't count as much as your interest in working hard, willingness to learn and ability to adapt and overcome problems. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate however you must be fully competent using computers and smart phones. This role will suit a young and enthusiastic person looking for a permanent full time job that is recession proof and pandemic proof.

We are an established business specialising in hot water systems based in Croydon Park. You will need to be comfortable being by yourself as well as in a small team in the office. Attention to detail is key to succeeding in this role.

Some of your day to day tasks include:

making and receiving phone calls between clients and our field team

scheduling jobs on the go and working in a fast pace environment

invoicing, quoting, processing orders and managing general enquiries

thinking on your feet and adapting to unexpected problems

delivering exceptional customer service to all our clients

You have a natural customer service style and you love speaking with people. You would relish the challenge of taking calls, quoting for work and striving for results. The progression/earning opportunity is unlimited.
