Your Role:

As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a professional and friendly first impression for clients, suppliers, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls

Responding to client inquiries via phone and email

Managing appointments and bookings

Assisting with general administrative duties (ordering, filing, data entry, etc.)

Supporting the sales and operations team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using MYOB
✅ A professional, positive attitude and willingness to help
✅ Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (construction industry experience is a plus)
