We are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Property Lawyer to support a busy property practice working across residential and developer matters. You will manage conveyancing files A–Z, engage directly with clients and industry stakeholders, and play a key part in delivering smooth, efficient settlements.

This role is ideal for someone confident, organised and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing files (residential and off-the-plan)
  
  
• Draft contracts, correspondence and settlement documentation
  
  
• Conduct searches, prepare settlement statements and manage PEXA
  
  
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and external legal teams
  
  
• Assist with disclosure and project work for developer-related matters (for Lawyers)
  
  

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Proven conveyancing experience (essential)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of QLD conveyancing processes
  
  
• Experience with PEXA and conveyancing software (LEAP ideal but not essential)
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and client care
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage your own matters confidently
