Relocation Project Manager

Our client is in the middle of a head office consolidation with 2 locations moving to a brand-new CBD office building. The major move is largely planned and will conclude later this year. The planning for the second move will then take priority. The incumbent Project Manager is moving overseas in November, and as such, I am looking for a Project Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You must have:
- 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Have led the planning and delivery of at least one successful business relocation project
- Preferably have experience with construction and facilities management
- Exceptional planning skills
- Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to commit to a 9-month piece of work
