Your high-stakes role:

We're after a proven project management gun – someone who gets a kick out of running complex electrical operations, can juggle multiple big-budget projects without breaking a sweat, and thrives when the pressure's on and the stakes are high. You'll be running multiple serious Level 1 & 2 ASP projects while keeping teams motivated and clients happy.

At Proform Electrical, you'll own substantial projects from winning the tender to popping the champagne at handover – think commercial high-rises, major infrastructure, and complex electrical installations that actually matter across NSW. When you're not solving problems on construction sites, you're back at HQ making the strategic calls that keep millions of dollars worth of projects on track.

You'll use simPRO, cutting-edge project software, and whatever tools get the job done to deliver projects that set the bar higher. We're straight-talking, results-focused, and we don't mess around– your expertise directly impacts our bottom line, and we reward that accordingly.

What you'll actually be doing:

Managing 2x electrical estimators while running multiple high-value projects (we're talking serious money here)

Keeping project budgets tight and profitable - because profit margins matter

Planning resources and workforce across major project portfolios without dropping the ball

Coordinating with engineers, major contractors, and clients throughout complex procurement processes

Leading safety, quality and environmental compliance (because nobody wants that phone call)

Winning tenders by nailing complex electrical specifications and architectural requirements

You've got the runs on the board:

You can read electrical drawings, schematics, and engineering specs like others read the newspaper

You know Ausgrid and Endeavour energy network standards inside out

ASP3 Electrical designs don't faze you - you've been there, done that

You're slick with MS Office and project management software

You've successfully delivered Level 1 and Level 2 ASP works and lived to tell the tale

You can communicate with everyone from sparkies to CEOs and get results

You're a problem-solver who doesn't panic when things go sideways

You can lead teams and get s#&t done when it matters
