As Product Owner, Customer Loyalty, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital products and loyalty experiences that reward, retain and engage millions of Australians. You’ll act as the voice of the customer - translating insight into meaningful digital improvements that deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do:

• Define, prioritise and manage the digital product backlog to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate across business, data, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure and customer-centric solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of new loyalty and recognition features, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
• Validate and measure outcomes through data-led decision making.
• Support the uplift of product capability across the broader product community through knowledge sharing and coaching.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as an Agile Product Owner, ideally within insurance, banking or customer-facing digital environments.
• Customer Loyalty program experience is a bonus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Experience with agile and lean methodologies and product lifecycle ownership.
• A balance of strategic thinking and delivery focus, backed by analytical rigour and customer empathy.
• A relevant tertiary qualification and CSPO (or equivalent) certification.
