Immediate opportunity for a mid level interior designer for an initial 6 month contract for a large national organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with documentation of a couple of small display suites as well as assisting the team in concept development with 3D visualisations using SketchUp and Enscape.

Coordinate effectively between the Interior Design team and broader Project Delivery team

Prepare and manage design programs, drawing packages, and finishes schedules to align with construction timelines and tender requirements

Assist in designing internal layouts in coordination with planning and architectural leads

Work with estimators to ensure all specified items meet project budgets

Review finishes schemes and detailing

Ensure alignment between marketing materials and the documented design, finishes, and fittings

Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met

Skills and Experience

5+ years experience in interior architecture or design, ideally with a multi residential focus

Relevant qualifications in Interior Architecture or Interior Design

Strong balance of creativity and technical proficiency

Experience developing original design concepts and detailed interior solutions

Skilled in material selection, finishes specification, and FF&E

Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape
