Civil SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR

You will be expected to hold a Diploma in WHS (or equivalent), demonstrate strong knowledge of WHS legislation and have a proactive and hands-on approach to safety.

You’ll play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture across construction sites from boots-on-the-ground inspections to compliance and safety administration. This well-rounded role is ideal for someone with career aspirations and a drive to grow.

You will be expected to:

✔ Conduct site safety audits and inspections

✔ Review and prepare SWMS

✔ Assist project teams to prepare Safety Management Plans

✔ Lead incident investigations

✔ Drive WHS compliance and best practices

✔ Support safety inductions and toolbox talks

✔ Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
