The Role
As an Administration co-ordinator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding client experiences. You’ll:
Deliver Excellent Client Services: Respond to calls and emails and manage strong relationships with residential and strata clients.
Coordinate Internal Communications: Act as the go-to contact between departments to keep things running efficiently.
Process Documentation: Handle quotes, contracts, and project documents accurately from start to finish.
Support Admin Functions: Oversee timesheets, reporting, and CRM updates (we use Workflow Max and HubSpot).
Think Analytically: Help us problem-solve and improve our processes using your analytical skills.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone proactive, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and team-focused. This is a dynamic role with a lot of variation which requires someone who can multitask and work as a team player to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in administration and client services (experience in construction/trades is a bonus).
Skills: Strong communicator, solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and high-functioning CRM systems, proficiency in typing.
Attitude: Positive, motivated and displays initiative. We work as a team and are constantly collaborating to ensure the best client experience is achieved.
