About the Role

As our Civil Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of upcoming large civil projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be involved from concept to completion, helping shape the built environment while maintaining compliance and safety at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with planning, design review, and delivery of large upcoming civil construction projects.

Interpret and work with detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Support procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control functions.

Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Undertake site inspections and resolve technical or compliance issues.

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and legislative requirements.

Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

3-5 years’ experience in civil construction engineering, ideally with exposure to site-based delivery.

Strong working knowledge of relevant design and project management tools and software.

A proactive mindset, great communication skills, and a knack for solving problems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing deadlines
