About the Role

This isn’t your average service job you’ll be the face of the company across South Australia, servicing and maintaining compactors, balers, and other specialised recycling systems.

You’ll have the freedom to work independently while being supported by a national engineering team. Your input will help drive product improvements, giving you a real voice in how future equipment is designed.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown repairs on waste and recycling equipment

Diagnose faults and perform hands-on repairs to ensure minimal downtime for clients

Work directly with customers, delivering reliable and professional field service

Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

Provide feedback to engineering teams to support continuous improvement and product development

Occasionally oversee subcontractors during larger installation projects

What You’ll Need

Full Australian working rights (essential)

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fault-finding skills

Previous field service experience ideal backgrounds include automotive, diesel, mining, or equipment hire

Ability to work independently and manage your own day effectively

Current driver’s licence and confidence to travel locally (vehicle provided)

A safety-first mindset with great communication and customer service skills
