Think Renewable is looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Service Technician to join our Installation team in Sydney. We’re one of Australia’s leading solar and battery specialists, and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a technician who is highly mobile, solutions-focused, and motivated to keep our solar and battery systems performing at their best. What you’ll be doing

Troubleshoot, fault-find, service and upgrade battery and PV equipment

Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support our growing network

Carry out complex electro-mechanical repairs and rework

Use a variety of diagnostic, measuring and power tools to resolve issues

Provide clear daily updates and maintain strong communication with the team

Support the development of best practices for servicing and maintenance

What we’re looking for

Licensed Electrician (Electrical License Level 4)

3+ years’ electrical experience in Commercial, Industrial, or Utility sectors (solar/wind experience highly regarded)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with electrical diagrams and technical documentation

Computer literacy – confident with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems

Willingness to travel, work outdoors, and occasionally outside of regular hours

Clear Police Check and current driver’s licence required

A positive, proactive team player with strong initiative and reliability
