About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join migdesign' as a full-time Cabinet Maker in our Welland, SA 5007 workshop. You will be an integral member of our talented team, creating high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture pieces for our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Produce custom-made cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, and other furniture items to client specifications

Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise construction and installation

Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble components

Collaborate with the design team to bring clients' visions to life

Perform finishing work such as sanding, staining, and polishing

Ensure all work meets quality standards and is delivered on time

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in cabinet making, carpentry, or a related trade

Minimum 2 years experience as a cabinet maker or furniture maker

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans

Skilled in the use of woodworking tools and machinery

Eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and time management skills
