We are a modern specialist practice dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal and endodontic care in a welcoming, patient-centred environment.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

This role is at the heart of our practice, ensuring every patient’s experience is smooth, positive, and well-coordinated from start to finish.
You’ll work closely with our specialists, clinical team, and referring dentists to manage referrals, appointments, patient communication, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient bookings, confirmations, and recalls

Handle specialist correspondence, referrals, and treatment plans

Support the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic

Provide outstanding patient care both in person and over the phone

Liaise with referring dentists and other specialists

About You

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a dental receptionist (specialist reception experience highly regarded)

Confident, empathetic, and articulate communicator

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable discussing treatment plans and coordinating appointments

Positive attitude, initiative, and a genuine passion for patient care
