People living in regional and remote Australia are experiencing poorer health outcomes and struggling to get access to health services. Most places we visit have a waitlist 2 years and some places, allied health has never existed before.

Day to day objectives

Overseeing operations and clinical teams to deliver safe, excellent and efficient operation into Victoria and Tasmania

Lead culture, attraction and retention of the team

Oversee state performance and financial outcomes including P&L ownership

Business development, growth and relationship management of senior government, NGO and private stakeholders

Strategic objectives

Work with the COO other state leaders to achieve our national organisational goals

Work with CFO to achieve financial targets

Work with the Group Clinical Director to ensure best clinical operationalisation

Assist with integration of metro clinic strategy with the executive team

The ideal candidate will have

Experience leading rapid growth

Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide and lead a culture focussed team

Demonstrated ability to help scale an operationally intense organisation to achieve financial KPIs

Natural business development acumen
