This is a newly created leadership role for someone with a deep understanding of the Crypto markets and who knows how to bring out the best in others. The Head of Research will lead a team of traders and educators, develop smart trading strategies, and help clients build confidence and capability in a fast-moving market.

This role will evolve over time as the team grows but will intially focus on four key pillars that involves educating the trading team on topics related to the Crypto market, educating clients on trading strategies and market updates, managing the trading team and building out the online education platform.

This role will play a key part in shaping the company’s growing trading and education function with the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities will include;

• Lead and develop a high-performing trading team
• Design and execute trading strategies based on sound market analysis
• Research trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Build and oversee training programs that make trading principles easy to understand
• Guide and coach junior traders, simplifying complex concepts
• Support clients in achieving their trading goals with clear, practical advice
• Ensure trading activity is accurate, compliant, and well managed
• Collaborate with other teams to align trading with broader business goals
• Stay informed on market shifts, technology, and regulation

To be successful you must come with strong leadership experience and a background of client trading education from within Crypto. Crypto influencers with backgrounds in research and analysis are encouraged to apply as are entreprenuerial minded Crypto traders with a background in Client facing roles.

On offer is a base salary of up to $140,000 + Super + generous individual and Company bonuses. In addition, if you are brining followers across to this brokerage you will earn a generous affiliate fee for the first 12 months that they trade.

Note that this role is based in their Melbourne CBD office with relocation costs covered for anyone moving Inter-State.
