The Opportunity

We’re looking for Plant & Spreader Operators to join our growing team on projects throughout Western Australia. This role is ideal for those with civil, roadworks, or machinery operating experience who want to expand their skills in the stabilisation industry.

If you haven’t operated a spreader before, training will be provided we’re looking for motivated operators with transferable skills and the right attitude to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Operate spreaders, trucks, and stabilisation equipment (e.g. Caterpillar RR-250, Wirtgen WR240, Terex RS350).

Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Leading Hands, and Subcontractors to achieve safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Adhere to company WHS policies and procedures.

Assist with routine servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs of plant and equipment.

Essential Requirements

Current HC driver’s licence (MC preferred).

Construction White Card.

Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Desirable

Current MC driver’s licence

Experience in stabilisation, roadworks, or civil construction.

Current plant operating tickets.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
